This private, non-profit facility serves Kay, Noble, Payne, Osage and Pawnee counties with a wide array of mental health services including outpatient counseling for adults and children, case management services, 24-hour emergency services, psychosocial rehabilitation services, medication clinic, and specialized services such as a PACT team and Systems of Care children’s services. No one is denied service based on inability to pay.

communicable disease control, family planning services, hearing screenings for children, health education, WIC nutrition services, guidance services for children, injury prevention, early intervention for children ages 0-3, the Children First Home Visitor program and consumer protection services. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Ponca City Medical Center is a Joint Commission-accredited full-service acute care hospital licensed for 140 beds. Services include: 24-hour emergency department and Level II trauma center, intensive care unit, cardiac cath lab, cardiopulmonary/respiratory treatment, advanced diagnostic imaging, surgical unit (inpatient and outpatient), laser and laparoscopy surgery, labor/delivery/recovery/post-partum birthing rooms, pediatrics unit, Women's Center featuring digital mammography and bone density testing, Wellness Center offering physical therapy/speech therapy/exercise room, wound care treatment, sleep diagnostic center, nutrition assistance, and diabetic education. PCMC is an Accredited Chest Pain Center.
